Of all of the lessons thus far, this one is by and far the most expansive, illusory and subjective in nature. As I sat to write this lesson, a flood of ideas, topics and experiences poured in, and all of it just as easily slipped through my grasp as the subject itself.

Everything that is known of these realms and the beings who inhabit them is held in concert with every other piece of information, teaching and experience we have had in past and present lives. Deeper understanding through practice and use (both magickal and mundane) of the elements leads to greater potential for communication with the Elementals. Consistent and preliminary work at developing the subtle bodies aids in communion with the more refined (energetically) spirits and entities. Just as knowing something about the culture, language, etc.. of your chosen vacation spot allows for more enjoyable and deeper experience, the greater and more expansive your knowledge base of the arts and sciences sets up a point of reference and therefore an interface through which we can be more clear in defining what type of energetic being we are contacting.

They Are Right Beside Us…  

If we think on the “known” information that most children sense and engage in other than real worlds all the time, we are given clue as to the proximity and shape these worlds may hold. Many move simultaneously and congruently along side of or interwoven within our own physical reality.

It is these worlds that we catch a glimpse of as openings in the fabric of what we see on our physical landscape. The fleeting half shape or flickering strand of light that seems to slip as it were between the folds of our background. The shadow of form that was “just there” and seemingly disappeared. The key to differentiating between their world and our physical state is largely held in the parameters and laws of vibration and refinement of energy. Ours being of the same vibratory level as our physical state of being; therefore our ability to function, see and move through this reality we call the physical plane. Within each of their own realms of existence, the inhabitants of the otherworld realms exists in much a similar fashion; each resonating and vibrating to their specific realm’s energy. And on those rare occasions achieved through work and spiritual preparation (whether having been done in this lifetime or others) or vibratory rate matches that of another realm, we are offered glimpses, journeys or entre into those worlds.

Everything Evolves…

The worlds and their inhabitants are subject to the evolutionary paths just as we humans are; the only difference being in what form that evolution may take and the baseline that has already been achieved thus far.  In fact, the entire Universe is engaged in a constant Path towards refining, recalibrating and expanding. With each of these incremental expansions new life forms, new worlds and new possibilities are brought into being or awakened in a greater state of awareness. And, in accord with the Law of Causation (Cause and Effect); each evolutionary push affects All Beings in Every Realm.

With this thought in mind I offer for consideration the article below. Although, this may seem hardly relevant as analogy, please read through and keep an open mind..

Chapter II: THE EVOLUTION OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

“The easiest way to grasp the organization of our complex nervous structure is to study its evolution from its humble beginnings in the simplest forms of life. In single-celled animalcule, the most primitive type of living creature, a single cell performs ) all the functions of life; it moves, breathes, assimilates, excretes and feels. With the . development of multi-cellular organisms, however, different cells are given different work to do, and made to do that and nothing else.

It then becomes necessary that co-ordination should be maintained between the sense organs that perceive the prey and the muscles that move to its capture, and for this purpose other cells are used to specialize in communication.

Thus it will be seen that the functional unit of the nervous system is not the nerve cell, but what is called the SENSORY-MOTOR ARC, consisting of a nerve carrying the incoming sensation from a sense organ and making contact with another nerve which carries the outgoing impulse to a muscle or organ.

When a multiplicity of muscles becomes available for movement, it is necessary to further link up the sensory-motor arc. So that other parts of the structure may be brought into play and the response not be confined to one muscle alone, nerve cells form loops upon the arcs, and loops upon the loops, with further intercommunications among themselves. The organization becomes more and more elaborate, admits more and more complex reactions to stimuli, till finally the wonderful complications of the human brain are achieved.”

As above, so below. As within, so without…

Now, having read through this explanation of our nervous system, let’s compare this to the state of affairs in the greater Universe and the evolutionary process of the many beings, energies and forces that flow through a similar pattern of evolvement. Therefore, if we think of the links and modalities of communication between worlds, planes and their respective inhabitants, with all reaching towards a greater understanding (or gnosis) the linkage and process might be very similar to that which is reflected within our own bodies. As the need for improved and greater communication increases new branches of nerves grow and change. As one form of energetic being moves upwards into a higher state of being, all other levels are impacted. The need to reform, restructure, add and redefine everyone’s role in the process produces new links of exchange, communication and interaction. And, all is comprehended, and acknowledged in the space of the master regulator or primary source of information, The Limitless All (aka; the Brain).
